This policy applies to the mobile games published by Else Foundry (“we”, “us”): Block Stacker, Orbit Snap, Sky Dash, Gravity Flip and Dungeon Divers (the “Games”), and to this website. We keep data collection to a minimum.

Information we collect

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. We do not collect or store any personal information on our own servers.

The Games save your high score or level progress locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

Advertising

The Games are free and may show ads provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and use certain information from your device, such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. This is handled by Google under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. See also how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Where required by law, such as in the EEA and UK, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

Children’s privacy

The Games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a Game, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Data sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. The only third party that receives data through the Games is the advertising provider described above. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, there is nothing on our servers to be breached or shared.

Your choices

  • Uninstall a Game or clear its app data to delete its locally saved scores.
  • Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
  • Contact us with any request about your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and we will post any updates on this page.
